Overview

Our repair or replacement policy lasts 1 year from date of purchase. Prior to that date, we will repair or replace your light free of charge and we will pay for shipping. All we ask is that you provide detailed feedback on the performance of your light during the first year via email or via our ‘Contact us’ page. This will allow us to improve our products based on customer feedback. If 1 year has passed since your purchase, we may offer to repair your light for the cost of parts and shipping, depending on the reason(s) for the claim. In any case, we will discuss the situation with you and do our best to provide a satisfactory outcome for the customer.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds after an item has shipped.

We cannot offer repair or full replacement on our mounting system kit as it has no electronic or mechanical parts. However, if you find that there is something defective regarding something in your mounting kit, we will do everything we can to make it good of course. If you choose to add the optional solar panel and it fails to charge your 12v battery as expected, we will replace it after testing it in house. We only ask that you pay the shipping to send the panel w/ controller to us.
